On Thursday March 11 at 6 AM, T&I will install Blackbaud CRM Service Pack 26 with Hotfix 2. Both Blackbaud CRM (crm.davidson.edu) and BBIS (community.davidson.edu) will be inaccessible for approximately an hour while the service pack is installed. BlackBaud Data Warehouse (BBDW) will be redeployed and refreshed after the upgrade is installed. This process completes within 90 minutes. Please plan accordingly as reports sourced from the BBDW will not be accurate until the process completes around 8:30am
