Issues using Mobile CatCards at PawPrint Printers

Mobile CatCards are currently experiencing issues when logging into PawPrint printers.

If you use your Mobile CatCard to log into a PawPrint printer, you may see the following message: "Unknown card. To associate your card with your account, enter your username and password."

Follow the instructions on the screen to log in with your Davidson email and password on the printer and link your mobile CatCard to your account. You should only have to do this step one.

T&I is aware of this issue and is investigating a technical solution. This issue only affects Mobile CatCards. Physical CatCards are currently unaffected.
